Embracing Opportunity and Navigating Change: Attracting the Next Generation of Students by Analyzing the Enrollment Cliff, Preparing for the Demographic Shift, and Cultivating a Culture of Belonging.
The keynote will address the ever-changing landscape of higher education and varying state priorities that are demanding colleges and universities re-examine DEI efforts and prioritize strategies to cultivate a sense of belonging for student-centered outcomes. This keynote will set the stage with the current landscape, outline DEI efforts that are taking place on campuses (or that could take place), and define a 'sense of belonging' and its importance to student satisfaction, success and retention.
