    Anne Kremer brings over two decades of progressive leadership experience in higher education enrollment management, having served at a variety of institutions, most recently as the Dean of Admission at a midwestern regional private university. She brings a solution-oriented mindset to partner collaboratively with institutions and Carnegie to address challenges, craft innovative strategies, and achieve sustainable success. Throughout her career she has served in leadership roles that drove transformative enrollment outcomes and fostering cross-campus collaboration to support institutional goals. A committed advocate for the profession, she is a Past President of the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling, championing initiatives that allowed professionals to learn from one another and elevate enrollment best practices to support the students they serve.
