As Senior Director of Enrollment and Marketing Strategy for Carnegie, Martin Smith brings nearly 26 years of experience in higher education enrollment management and consulting. Martin's extensive background includes strategic planning, organizational change, recruitment planning, financial aid leveraging, targeted student search and application generation, yield management, predictive modeling, marketing (traditional and digital), and developing communication plans. In addition to his experience as an enrollment management marketing consultant, Martin has served as the chief enrollment officer at both private and public universities. When not on the road serving our partner institutions in the Southeast, you will find him on a golf course or spending time with his wife, Benet, in sunny Tampa, Florida, where they reside.
