Make our quote block match our testimonial card styles for the opening and closing quote sizes/placement. These should be taken from the testimonial card and should be applied to the quote block as well. These styles should be shared.
Use ems for the quote sizes so we don’t need to fuss with them if other sizes are applied to the quote.
