Disney Yacht Club Resort
The Carnegie Conference will be held at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Walt Disney World. With a conference as informative as this, it really is the “happiest place on Earth”!
Hotel Information
There are three resort options depending on your preference: Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. All resorts will honor the conference discounted rate for three days before and after the event for your extended enjoyment as availability allows. The booking links for all hotels will be available soon!
Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are both connected to the convention center (the Beach Club is a slightly shorter walk to the conference space). The rate for both of these resorts is $345/night.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a short taxi/rideshare from the convention center. The conference rate at this resort is $249/night.
If you’re planning to add to the magic by adding days before or after the conference, be sure to reserve your rooms as soon as possible to secure the significantly discounted room rates.
Please note: The Disney Skyliner will be closed from January 24 through January 30, 2027. Complimentary bus service will still be available.
Transportation From the Airport
There are several shuttle, taxi, and rental car options from the Orlando International Airport. As of 2022, Disney’s Magical Express no longer operates from MCO to Disney World. If Disney releases any additional options, we will be sure to update you.
Entertainment
Your conference registration will include a 5:00 pm entrance to Epcot on Wednesday night for you to explore the many rides, pavilions, and magic on your own. Epcot tips and recommendations will be shared closer to the event.
Join us at 8:00 pm on the private patio in the French pavilion, Isle de France, where we’ll have complimentary drinks and dessert. Stick around to watch the nighttime fireworks spectacular with us at 9:00 pm.
Guest tickets are available to purchase here.

Discounted tickets for parks will be available through Walt Disney World soon.
