Carrie’s 20+ year career in university leadership—from enrollment management and academic affairs—allows her to understand and respond to the variety of perspectives an institution can have regarding student outcomes. And her extensive qualitative research expertise helps clients diagnose institutional health by listening to the voices of key campus constituents. As vice president for student success, Carrie works with colleges and universities in Carnegie’s Student Success portfolio, serving as a facilitator, assessor, capacity-builder, and coach.
