Dr. Andy Wilson serves as Senior Student Success Officer at Loyola University Chicago, following senior leadership roles in academic and student affairs at Johns Hopkins University, Emory University, and Washington University in St. Louis. His research focuses on high-achieving first-generation students and organizational development in higher education. He holds a PhD from the University of Georgia, a master’s from Virginia Tech, and a bachelor’s from Winthrop University. Dr. Wilson also serves as a mission ambassador for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and president of the Winthrop University Foundation Board.
