Dr. Narketta Sparkman-Key is Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs at Spelman College and former Vice Provost and tenured professor at James Madison University. Her leadership and scholarship focus on faculty development, equity, and academic wellness. She also serves on the STAR Scholars Network Board and has held leadership roles at Old Dominion University.
