Dylan Schechtel serves as a Senior Enrollment Implementations Strategist at Carnegie, where she guides client teams through the strategic thinking and technical builds essential for optimizing Slate. She leads comprehensive implementations with a steadfast focus on relationship building and client satisfaction, ensuring that every recruitment effort is rooted in meaningful connection. 

Dylan brings a total of seven years of Slate expertise to her work—a journey that began in the undergraduate admissions department of a small liberal arts college and has continued through nearly four years as a member of the Carnegie team. Her background combines a seasoned, confident understanding of the enrollment landscape with a sharp, analytical approach to problem-solving.

Grounded in the belief that human connection is key, Dylan intentionally honors the lived experiences of her colleagues and clients. She infuses technical work with a sense of curiosity and whimsy, often sharing a joke or a cameo from her cat, her trusted home coworker. Thorough yet approachable, Dylan ensures that while the work is serious, the process remains joyful and human.
