Jennifer Umberger is Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Kettering University, with more than 20 years of experience in higher education marketing. She led the launch of Kettering’s new brand platform, aligning marketing with enrollment growth. Previously, she served as AVP and CMO at Bloomsburg University. Jennifer holds the AMA’s Professional Certified Marketer designation and serves on the executive board of CUPRAP.
