Jocelyn De Jong is the Senior Director of Enrollment Strategy at Carnegie, serving as a strategic partner for institutions navigating complex enrollment challenges. A trusted expert with 20+ years of experience, Jocelyn leads integrated enrollment and student search initiatives that drive measurable results.

Previously, she was Assistant Vice Chancellor and Director of Undergraduate Admissions at UC Berkeley, leading a team of 350 to strengthen campus access. Her career includes leadership roles at the University of Washington and Washington State University. A second-generation “Coug,” Jocelyn holds two degrees from WSU and remains a passionate advocate for equity-driven leadership.
