LaMar Bundts is Chief Transformation Officer at Dartmouth College, where he leads enterprise-scale transformation focused on the future of education and work. A customer-oriented executive, he has led strategy, operations, and global expansion across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and higher education, including Silicon Graphics, Dell, ITM Software, Bitwise Industries, and ACT, Inc. He previously served as Chief Success Officer for Calbright College, launching California’s statewide online college. LaMar brings more than 20 years of nonprofit board governance experience and currently serves in finance leadership roles with the Barbara Bush Foundation, Exploratorium, and BUILD. He holds an honors degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
