Rachel Stephenson is the inaugural Chief Transformation Officer at The City University of New York, leading cross-campus initiatives aligned with the Chancellor’s priorities across CUNY’s 26 colleges. Her work focuses on career success, student wellbeing, campus climate, and performance management. A former educator and nonprofit leader, she holds degrees from Trinity University and Columbia University and delivered a TEDx talk titled Against Grieving in Silence.
