As Chief Strategy Officer, Shankar Prasad leads enterprise wide strategy for Carnegie and directly oversees the Enrollment and Student Success/Advisory tentpoles. Shankar has more than 15 years of higher education experience, serving as dean and deputy provost at Brown University most recently. At Brown, Shankar’s broad portfolio included online education, marketing, enrollment & recruitment, student success, global engagement, and new program launches. He is deeply passionate about educational accessibility. Shankar began his career in finance and entrepreneurship.
