Dr. Toya Webb serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategy at Waubonsee Community College, overseeing institutional effectiveness, marketing and communications, the Office of the President, government relations, and strategic planning. She previously spent 12 years at Elgin Community College, advancing to Chief Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations Officer. Dr. Webb is an adjunct faculty member, a Higher Learning Commission peer reviewer, and a board member of the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations. She holds degrees from Jefferson Community College, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Roosevelt University, and a doctorate from Benedictine University.
