Willie L. Banks, Jr., PhD, is Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of California, Irvine, where he oversees a division of more than 800 staff and 2,000 student employees. He previously held leadership roles at Indiana State University, Cleveland State University, and the University of Georgia. Dr. Banks earned his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and his MEd and PhD in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia.
