Sign up for a 30-minute personalized session with one of our experts to think through some of your most pressing brand or marketing challenges:
- We have new leadership—a president, CMO, or cabinet—and we’re figuring out how to align around a clear direction.
- We need to unify our institution’s brand story and narrative..
- Our logo or mascot doesn’t really represent who we are anymore, and we’re not sure where to start.
- We know different audiences see us in very different ways, and we want to understand those perceptions and put them to work strategically.
- We’re exploring how AI could enhance creative production and storytelling without losing our authenticity.
- We’re wondering how much websites will still matter in 2027—and what we should be doing now to stay ahead.
- Our brand story has gone a little stale over time, and we need to bring back energy, relevance, and excitement.
- We’re looking for ways to strengthen collaboration between marketing and enrollment to drive shared results.
After the meeting, you’ll receive a summary of key opportunities, insights, and recommended next steps tailored to your institution’s goals.

The ROI of Data-Based Empathy: Triangulating Research and Real Results to Reach Online Students
Presented by: Scott Dams, Moravian University & Voltaire Santos Miran, Carnegie
November 9, 2026
1:30 PM-2:20 PM
By 2026, offering an online program is no longer a differentiator — it’s the baseline. The institutions pulling ahead are the ones that understand their prospects well enough to earn trust before a single form is filled out. Moravian University offers a clear, measurable example of what that looks like in practice: graduate revenue has grown from roughly $2 million to $12 million a year, driven largely by a deliberate shift toward serving working adults, career-changers, and non-traditional learners — who now make up close to half the university’s total enrollment.
Workshop
From Keywords to Conversations: How to Create Answer Engine Optimized Content That Gets Cited in LLMs
Presented by: Voltaire Santos Miran, Alexa Poulin, & Rebecca Hofstetter
November 10, 2026
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Not long ago, prospective students used to type keywords into a search bar, see a list of ten blue links, and click through to various college and university websites to gather information on where they’d like to go to school. Today, LLMs do all of that research for them. Users can engage in conversations with ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and the like, all of which scan dozens of websites and synthesize answers to complex questions in a matter of seconds.
When prospective students ask these decision-driving queries, is your institution part of the dialogue? Recent studies show that 80% of higher education content has low AI visibility, leaving many institutions absent or inaccurately represented during the earliest decision-making moments.
In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to pivot your web and content strategies to ensure that your institution is part of AI search conversations.
