Allegra Schreder is a Director of Client Success in Carnegie’s Business Development division. A strategic thought partner and compassionate leader, Allegra fosters strong partnerships with clients to drive successful outcomes. Before Carnegie, she worked in online program management, where she acquired extensive experience in admissions management, program recruitment, student success, and relationship building, aligning effective recruitment and enrollment strategies with customer success throughout the entire customer lifecycle. In the realm of Admissions and Enrollment Operations, Allegra has demonstrated proficiency in optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and nurturing collaboration. Her proactive approach to analyzing programmatic strategies reflects her commitment to continuous improvement.

Andy Palumbo is a Director of Client Success at Carnegie, where he collaborates with campus leaders to develop data-informed, customized strategies that strengthen enrollment, marketing, and the student experience. With over 15 years of leadership experience at both public and private institutions, Andy has led initiatives that resulted in a 25% increase in enrollment and a $40M boost in net-tuition revenue at a private university in New England. A nationally recognized thought leader, podcaster, and speaker, Andy has presented at major conferences and contributed to national conversations on access, policy, and strategy. Outside of work, Andy is a proud “girl dad” to three daughters and enjoys coaching their youth soccer and basketball teams.
