Enrollment Data Specialist (Internal)

The Enrollment Data Specialist (Internal) supports the integration of Slate enrollment data within the Looker Studio platform. The main goals for this role include enhanced benchmarking, data visualization, and case-study creation. This position will be a central source of Slate enrollment data, supporting teams across the company and driving data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development and Management
    • Plans and manages project timelines using Asana
    • Builds and maintains Slate partner queries while ensuring data integrity
    • Continuously refines and enhances dashboard efficiency, accuracy, and usability through quality assurance efforts
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Contributes significantly to strategic direction, compiles data and case-study needs, and coordinates further investigation as needed.
    • Develops and presents reports on key findings and trends, and provides recommendations to internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
    • Recommends next steps for future enrollment data strategies and insights
  • Innovation and Collaboration
    • Contributes to team innovation through ideation conversations, taking ownership of projects, improving processes, and using integrations that are of interest and beneficial to the team
    • Collaborates across teams to assess emerging data needs and executes solutions that enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
    • Contributes to ad hoc data analysis, ensuring that business questions are answered with accurate and actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of how Slate data tables connect, with proven ability to build optimized queries and reports
  • Organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Interpersonal skills to positively collaborate with team members and represent the company to clients
  • Leadership and management abilities
  • Due to the remote environment, effective communication and time management skills are required, as well as the ability to use/learn multiple technology platforms and switch between them on a regular basis
  • Physical requirement: Prolonged periods of being in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer

Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent life/work experience
  • At least 2 years of intermediate to advanced experience in the Technolutions Slate CRM
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Slate through the Reports and Query modules through the lens of Slate campaign reporting and Enrollment Strategy 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the higher education industry
