    Bill joined the Carnegie team in 2021 when the company acquired mStoner, a web design and development agency for higher education that he co-led as COO/CFO and Head of Project Delivery. He has more than 25 years of experience in web development in agency, start-up, and corporate environments. Bill works closely with clients to form strategic partnerships and bring custom solutions to their challenges. He is a hands-on problem solver who is passionate about user experience and the intersection of design, content, and technology.

    Alayna Setterlind works as a creative on Carnegie's Web Team to create stunning user interface design systems, bridging the gap between the creative team and the technical Front-End Development team to produce versatile user experiences. Alayna enjoys collaborating across teams to create web experiences that are of the highest quality for clients. She leverages her unique professional background to bring fresh ideas and design concepts to higher education institutions. Alayna is a graduate of Northern Michigan University with a bachelor of arts degree in graphic communications and marketing. Her first agency job was in Marquette as a visual designer where she worked on a variety of designs for websites, mobile apps, and software apps.
