It’s Not Up to You, It’s Up to Them: Enrollment Ecosystem

The traditional linear funnel for marketing colleges and universities has changed, evolving into a complex ecosystem in which students (not the institution!) are in control of when and how they connect with your brand, with dozens of channels through which they can engage and ultimately convert. In this session, Carnegie will illustrate how to leverage psychographics, digital marketing, your website, and your CRM to put students at the center of your ecosystem, accounting for all ports of entry to deliver responsive, personalized, and segmented communications that speak to who your prospects are and where they are in their decision journey.
