Even with the current pandemic, higher education institutions need to start getting serious about building their 2021 pipelines and developing their marketing and recruitment plans. With the COVID-19 crisis at hand, this year’s recruitment will no doubt look different than playbooks of the past. To better understand student and parent mindsets regarding the college search journey, Carnegie conducted a comprehensive survey of more than 1,500 rising high school seniors and over 500 parents to gauge their sentiments on researching and applying to college during these uncertain times.
