Building Empathy and Leadership Through Archetypal Theory

CUPRAP is proud to bring to you this round-table workshop based on a peer-reviewed archetypal methodology, facilitated by Voltaire Santos Miran and Ben Arendt of Carnegie.

We’re all asking big questions and maybe more than ever we need to understand who we are, what motivates us, and how we fit into the current moment. Come to the last interactive session to explore your TeamChem results and take a deep dive into the ways in which understanding who you are — as well as understanding those around you —  can shape a mindful path forward to becoming the leader you want to be.

Participate in this interactive workshop to gain an assessment of your personality based on highly regarded archetypal theory. Understanding yourself and understanding others will help you to bridge gaps, communicate more effectively, and lead with empathy and compassion.
