Bringing Graduate Recruitment to the Forefront in an Undergraduate World

In a year where traditional undergraduate recruitment was anything but traditional, the Cedar Crest College Enrollment team shifted their focus from an undergraduate-centric strategy to developing their graduate recruitment efforts. They expanded their programs, invested in graduate-specific creative assets, and executed a nimble combined undergraduate and graduate digital recruitment strategy. This shift in thinking ensured that the College met its revenue goals and allowed the Cedar Crest team to shine the spotlight on graduate recruitment like never before, paving the way for the years ahead. In this session, we’ll discuss how the Cedar Crest team, in partnership with Carnegie, positioned their graduate efforts internally, deployed a comprehensive campaign, and evolved based on campaign learnings along the way.
